Refund and Returns Policy

After Dark — October 29, 2026

Online promotional purchases are available on October 29, 2026, until midnight, San Antonio, Texas time.

  • Toxin: $9.50 per unit. Choose 40 units ($380), 60 units ($570), or 80 units ($760). Treatment must be used within seven days of purchase.
  • Laser Hair Removal BOGO: small area $75, medium area $125, or large area $175. Buy one area and receive one additional area in the same size category free. Maximum one purchase.
  • 3DMIRACL: maximum four purchases. Treatment must be used within one year of purchase.
  • Other After Dark treatments: must be completed by December 31, 2026, including Laser Hair Removal BOGO. Toxin and 3DMIRACL have the separate deadlines above.

No refunds. No changes to specials.

Appointments and treatment suitability

Purchasing online does not reserve an appointment. Contact TELLA to arrange treatment within the applicable period. Treatment suitability is assessed by the treating professional. If treatment is unsuitable, TELLA cancels an appointment, or a purchased service cannot be provided, contact the clinic to review your order and available resolution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Regular-price products and services

The After Dark no-refund conditions apply to that promotion. For regular-price products, services, memberships or other offers, review the specific purchase conditions and contact TELLA before ordering to confirm return eligibility, appointment cancellation rules and any applicable charges. No general 30-day return period is offered by this page.

Incorrect, damaged or duplicate orders

If an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe an order or charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not email full payment card details. Contact TELLA before sending any item back so the clinic can review the issue and provide instructions.
